Our team sets at your disposal a wide and varied gastronomic offer, where quality and know-how guarantee the success of your celebration.

 

The meal starts with dynamic and fun appetizers, which your guests will remember also for our incredible views. These appetizers will relieve the wait of the arrival of all the guests.

 

After the appetizers, more surprises: a varied selection of starters, fish and meat dishes that will allow you to make an “à la carte” wedding menu.

After this, and following the usual structure of a distinguished gala menu, such as your wedding menu, a soup, creamy soup or starter will arrive, followed by a main course, a pre-dessert and, at the end, the sweetest moment: the dessert.

Our menus start from an all-inclusive basic package of 55€ per guest for a minimum of 150 guests, and it includes:

– Welcome appetizers, which include 4 cold appetizers and 4 warm appetizers, as well as water, fine wines, liqueur wines, beers and soft drinks.
– Appetisers on the table, 3 different dishes.
– Appetiser -soup or salad, 1 dish.
– Sorbet, with or without alcohol.
– Main course of meat or fish, 1 dish with 2 garnishes.
– Dessert or wedding cake.
– Event drinks.
– Open bar.
– Late night snacks.
– Bills.
– Floral decoration of Mesón de la Molinera Hotel.
– Previous menu tasting for 6 people.

In Mesón de la Molinera Hotel, La Molinera restaurant combines tradition and quality.

 

Our menus combine local ingredients of the White Villages and other ingredients from Andalusia.

 

We offer a line of classic yet updated dishes, to satisfy our most demanding guests while trying to keep our identity, since we consider the art of cooking as a very important part of our culture.

To enhance our dishes, we use locally produced sweet wines, generous in their aromas, resulting in light sauces.

Our cold dishes are seasoned with Jerez vinegar and our grilled dishes are seasoned with select spices and aromas of scrubland plants, such as thyme and rosemary.

All this comes together with our know-how and the experience of our human team, a group of enthusiast professionals who put their feeling and strive to work under the principles that distinguish our restaurant: service, simplicity, kindness and quality.
